Arrangement Reviews

As a part of our IRO services, LW Consulting, Inc. conducts reviews of arrangements between provider organizations and their practitioners, vendors, and partners. The purpose of these reviews are to determine compliance with Anti-Kickback Statutes, the Stark Law, and other CIA mandated standards. Such reviews are under the direction of an LWCI expert consultant with advanced training and expertise in regulatory standards and transaction reviews.
